Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Crowdstack. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
1. The service and your account
Crowdstack provides tools for event discovery, guest lists, invitations, messaging, check-in, promoter campaigns, table enquiries, reporting and related operations. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Roles and event responsibility
Organisers and venues remain responsible for their events, admissions, capacity, safety, licences, guest decisions, offers and information. Promoters remain responsible for their services and representations. Crowdstack supplies platform and operational services but is not the event host, venue operator or guarantor of admission unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Crowdstack unlawfully; impersonate others; submit misleading, infringing or harmful content; scrape or access the service without permission; interfere with security or operation; send spam; misuse guest data; or attempt to avoid agreed fees. You must have authority to upload content and supply personal information to Crowdstack.
4. Invitations, messages and guest data
You may contact people only where you have an appropriate basis to do so and must honour applicable privacy, electronic-communication and marketing rules. Service messages may be sent by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or within Crowdstack. Organisers and promoters must use guest information only for authorised event and relationship purposes.
5. Paid features, subscriptions and settlement
Prices, plan entitlements, platform fees and billing intervals are shown before purchase or in an accepted commercial order. Subscriptions continue until cancelled and changes normally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Event campaign, supplier, invoice and settlement records remain governed by the applicable accepted deal and supplier terms. Taxes and third-party charges may apply.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and give Crowdstack a limited worldwide licence to host, process, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the relevant service or event. Crowdstack and its software, branding and original content remain owned by Sentient Labs L.L.C-FZ or its licensors.
7. Third-party services
Crowdstack may interoperate with services such as Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Stripe, Wise, Supabase, Vercel and email providers. Those services have separate terms, availability and privacy practices. We are not responsible for changes, outages or actions outside our reasonable control.
8. Availability, suspension and termination
We may modify the service and may restrict or suspend access where needed for security, compliance, non-payment, abuse or platform protection. You may stop using Crowdstack at any time. Provisions concerning payments, ownership, liability, records and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crowdstack is provided without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai unless an agreed order states otherwise. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes through Crowdstack or another appropriate channel.
