1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Crowdstack, we may collect:

  • account and identity information, including your name, username, profile photo, email address and phone number;
  • connected-account identifiers and profile information from services you choose to connect, such as WhatsApp, Telegram or an email provider;
  • event activity, invitations, guest-list responses, check-ins, table enquiries, messages, comments and uploaded content;
  • organiser, promoter, supplier and venue information, including campaign performance, commissions, invoices and payout details;
  • device, browser, log, security, cookie and product-analytics information; and
  • information supplied by organisers, promoters, venues or other users where they are authorised to provide it.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; operate event, guest-list, messaging, table, promoter and payment workflows; attribute registrations and verified arrivals; send service and event communications; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; improve Crowdstack; meet legal obligations; and enforce our terms. We do not sell personal information.

3. WhatsApp, Telegram and email

If you connect or use a messaging channel, Crowdstack may receive identifiers, profile details, message content, delivery states and replies needed to operate that channel. WhatsApp information is also processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy; Telegram and email providers process information under theirs. You can disconnect a supported channel from account settings, subject to operational and legal retention requirements.

4. When we share information

We share information only as needed with the organisers, venues, promoters and suppliers involved in an event; with service providers that host, authenticate, analyse, communicate, process payments or support Crowdstack; where you direct us to share it; or where required to protect rights, safety, security or comply with law. Commercial terms and sensitive payout details are restricted to authorised users.

5. International processing

Crowdstack is operated by a United Arab Emirates company and uses service providers in several countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. We use contractual, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep event and financial records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit records and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update profile and communication settings in Crowdstack. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your information. We may verify your identity and retain records where required by law or legitimate operational needs. See our data deletion page for instructions.

8. Children and changes

Crowdstack is not directed to children under 16, and individual events may impose a higher minimum age. We may update this policy as Crowdstack or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
