Data Deletion
You can ask Crowdstack to delete your account and associated personal information. These instructions also apply if you used WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Login or another connected service.
1. Submit a deletion request
- Sign in to Crowdstack and open Account settings. Disconnect any messaging accounts you no longer want connected.
- Email support@crowdstack.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Crowdstack account”.
- Include your Crowdstack username and, if relevant, the phone number connected to WhatsApp or Telegram. Do not send passwords, security codes or bank details.
2. Identity verification
We may ask you to verify control of your account or a connected contact method before deletion. This prevents unauthorised requests. If you cannot access the original email or phone number, explain that in your request so we can offer an appropriate verification route.
3. What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and normally complete it within 30 days after verification. Your account will be deactivated and personal information will be deleted or irreversibly anonymised unless it must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or financial-record obligations.
4. Connected services
Deleting Crowdstack data does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, an event organiser, a venue or another third party. Use the privacy controls supplied by those services for their independent records.
5. Event and financial records
Some event attendance, invoice, payout, consent, audit and safety records may need to be retained in restricted form. Where possible, we minimise or de-identify the personal information while preserving the record required for compliance and platform integrity.
