The original proved the idea. Now we’re building it properly.
Crowdstack V2 is faster, built for the phone and much more social. It brings organisers, promoters and guests into one clearer system, shaped by everything the first Crowdstack taught us.
A great event starts moving long before the doors open.
The last six months have been a brilliant first chapter. Organisers published real events, promoters brought real crowds and thousands of guests joined lists, shared plans and arrived at the door.
That experience also made the next step obvious. Event software should not feel like office software squeezed onto a phone. The event, the people going and the momentum around it should be the centre of the experience.
So we started again with a new foundation. We kept what mattered, removed the layers that slowed people down and designed every core journey for the screen already in everyone’s hand.
What V2 changes

Create an account, publish an event and share the link without a long setup process or a venue approval bottleneck.

Event creation, guest-list decisions, promoter results and door check-in are designed around thumbs, small screens and people on the move.

Guests can discover events, see plans shared by people they know and stay connected to organisers, with clear privacy controls.

Promoters get proper credit
Every promoter receives a tracked link. Organisers can see who registered, who arrived and what each campaign actually did.

The door closes the loop
Individual QR passes and a focused door app turn guest-list intent into verified attendance that the whole team can trust.
The social energy stays visible. The admin gets out of the way.
An event page should look worth sharing. A promoter should know their result. A guest should find their pass instantly. An organiser should know what is happening without opening five different tools.

Start new events on V2. Keep current events where they are.
V2 runs on a new database and uses a new login, so accounts from the original Crowdstack do not automatically carry over. Creating a fresh account takes under a minute.
The original site remains available while existing events finish. For anything new, create the event on V2 and help us shape what comes next by telling us what works and what needs improving.
