Check your campaign link
Registrations only appear in your dashboard if guests use your unique attributable link. Crowdstack tracks confirmed attendance and earnings through these specific URLs.
- Open your Campaigns tab.
- Copy the link assigned specifically to you.
- Ensure you have shared this exact link with your guests.
If a guest registers via a generic organiser link or a different promoter's URL, the registration will not count towards your performance.
Verify the event status
You can only see registrations for events that are published and active.
- Confirm the organiser has published the event. Draft events do not accept public registrations.
- Check that the event has not ended. Once an event concludes, it enters a closeout review window where data is locked for validation.
Confirm your engagement status
You must formally accept the campaign terms before your link becomes active.
- Go to Campaigns in your navigation.
- Locate the event in question.
- Ensure you have clicked to accept the individual campaign engagement.
Until you accept the terms, your attribution code is not generated, and any traffic you send will not be recorded against your profile.
Allow for processing time
Registrations appear as evidence of performance. While most updates are immediate, high-volume periods may cause short delays in the dashboard reflecting the latest counts.
- Refresh your browser or pull down on the mobile app to sync the latest data.
- Remember that estimated earnings are distinct from confirmed check-ins. A registration shows intent, but final validated attendance is confirmed at the door by the scan team.
Contact the organiser
If you have used the correct link and accepted the terms but still see zero registrations:
- Ask the organiser to verify that managed promotion is enabled for the event.
- Confirm with them that your promoter profile is correctly linked to the campaign in their workspace.
If the issue persists, Crowdstack operations can review the attribution chain during the campaign closeout period.
