Check your connection and details
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Verify that you are entering the correct email address or phone number associated with your personal account. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Use account recovery
Crowdstack supports multiple sign-in methods including email, phone, Telegram and Google. Core access and account recovery do not depend on a single third-party channel. You can still recover your account even if you cannot access Telegram or WhatsApp.
If you cannot access your usual login method:
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Select an alternative verified method such as your email address or phone number.
- Follow the instructions sent to your registered contact details.
Update your security settings
Once signed in, you can manage your recovery options in your account settings:
- Add or change your display name and Crowdstack handle.
- Manage linked accounts for Telegram, Google or WhatsApp.
- Configure notification preferences and quiet hours.
- Request a full export of your account data.
- Initiate account deletion if required.
Note that phone numbers must be verified via one-time password before they can be used for authentication or discovery.
Multiple workspaces and roles
Your personal account is separate from organiser workspaces. You may belong to several workspaces with different permissions (owner, admin, finance, event manager or door staff). Signing into your personal account gives you access to all workspaces you are a member of.
You can switch between Personal, Promoter and Organiser modes from your account menu to access the correct interface for your current task.
Contact support
If you cannot recover your account using the automated steps, contact Crowdstack operations. Provide the email address or phone number associated with your account so the team can locate your profile and assist with verification.
