Find promoters to work with

Find promoters in your workspace

  1. In your organiser workspace, go to Promoters.
  2. Use the search box to find a promoter by name or Crowdstack handle.
  3. Filter by city, promoter type (Promoter, Influencer, or both) and sort by Arrivals, Conversion rate or Events.
  4. Toggle Saved shortlist to view only the promoters you have saved.

The list shows each promoter's verified arrivals, registered-to-arrived conversion rate, number of collaborations and attributed table spend. Badges highlight strong arrival rates.

Review a promoter's performance

  1. Tap a promoter's row to open their private performance profile.
  2. Check their verified arrivals, conversion rate, events collaborated on and attributed table spend.
  3. Scroll to Collaboration history to see past results. Your workspace's event names are shown; other organisers' event and venue names remain private while their totals still count towards the stats.
  4. Read their bio and specialties to judge fit.
  5. Open their public profile separately if you want to see how they appear to guests.

Save and contact promoters

  • Use the save control on a promoter's row or profile to add them to your shortlist.
  • Use the contact control to start a private conversation. Discuss fit and availability first.
  • Only after you agree the direction should you send an event deal.

Invite a promoter to an event

Once you have aligned with a promoter:

  1. Go to Events and open an upcoming published event, or create a new event.
  2. On the event growth page, manage the campaign and invite the promoter.
  3. The promoter will receive your engagement terms and, once accepted, will get their attributable link.

Can't find the right promoter?

  • Clear the city and type filters and try a broader search.
  • Save promising profiles as you browse to build a shortlist over time.
  • You can also invite new promoters who are not yet in the network; they will complete supplier onboarding before they can accept campaigns.
