Find your full guest list
You can view a consolidated list of every guest who has registered for your events in one place. This includes their attendance status, registration source and which events they have joined.
- Open the Crowdstack app and sign in.
- Tap Audience in the bottom navigation bar.
- You will see a searchable list of all guests associated with your workspace.
Search and filter guests
Use the search bar at the top of the Audience page to find a specific person by name. The list updates automatically as you type.
You can also filter the list by:
- Specific events.
- Registration status (registered, cancelled or no-show).
- Admission status (confirmed, requested, waitlisted or declined).
- Arrival status (arrived or not arrived).
- VIP status.
- Promoter source.
Each guest entry shows their name, party size, masked contact details, registration date and whether they have checked in.
View detailed guest profiles
Tap on any guest's name to open their private organiser profile. Here you can see their full event history with your brand, relationship tier, rating and private notes.
Note: Detailed guest profiles, relationship history, VIP tools, door notes and guest CRM exports are available on the Organiser Core and Pro plans. If you are on the Free plan, you will see basic registration details but must upgrade to access full CRM features.
