One account, multiple workspaces
Yes. You can operate several distinct businesses or brands from a single personal Crowdstack account.
Your login credentials create a personal account. This identity follows you across every workspace you join or create. You do not need separate email addresses or passwords for different venues, event series or companies.
How it works
Workspaces
A workspace is the boundary for a specific business or organisation. It holds:
- Team members and permissions.
- Subscriptions and billing details.
- Events and guest lists.
- Campaign charges and invoices.
You may be an owner in one workspace, an administrator in another, and a team member in a third. Each workspace operates independently with its own subscription plan and financial records.
Brands
Within a single workspace, you can create multiple brands. This allows you to group events under different public identities while keeping billing and team management centralised.
For example, a nightlife group might run a "Club Nights" brand and a "Wellness Sundays" brand within the same workspace.
Switching between contexts
When you sign in, Crowdstack detects which workspaces you belong to. You can switch between them instantly:
- Open your profile menu.
- Select the workspace you wish to enter.
- The interface updates to show only the events, teams and finances for that specific workspace.
Billing and subscriptions
Subscriptions attach to the workspace, not your personal account.
- Each workspace has its own billing owner.
- You can upgrade one workspace to Pro while leaving another on Free or Core.
- Invoices are issued per workspace.
This separation ensures that costs and entitlements remain accurate for each distinct business you operate.
Getting started
To add a new business line:
- Create a new workspace from your profile menu.
- Set up the billing details for this new entity.
- Add your team members to this specific workspace.
- Create brands inside the workspace if you need to separate event styles.
You retain full access to all your workspaces from your single personal login.
