Overview
The Growth screen is your central dashboard for managed promotion campaigns. It shows how your event is performing against your promoter network and highlights exactly what you need to do next.
You can access this screen by selecting Growth from your event menu or by visiting /app/growth in your workspace overview.
Live event metrics
At the top of the page, you will see four key numbers that update as guests register and arrive:
- Registered: The total number of people who have signed up for your guest list.
- From promoters: How many of those registrations came through your promoter links.
- Arrived: The number of guests successfully checked in at the door.
- Est. total: The current estimated cost of the campaign based on verified arrivals and your agreed terms.
These figures help you gauge momentum before the event starts and track actual attendance during the night.
Campaign status and next steps
Every event displays a clear status badge indicating where it sits in the campaign lifecycle. Common states include:
- Setup: You have enabled promotion but promoters have not yet accepted.
- Live: The event is published and promoters are actively driving registrations.
- Closeout: The event has ended and figures are being reviewed.
- Paid: All promoter invoices have been settled.
Below the status, a Next action panel tells you the single most important task available. This might be inviting more promoters, reviewing closeout figures or approving an invoice. Selecting Open takes you directly to that task.
Promoter performance
The screen lists every promoter working on your event. For each collaborator, you can see:
- Their current engagement status (Invited, Accepted or Completed).
- How many people they have registered.
- How many of those guests have arrived.
You can expand individual rows to view specific compensation terms, such as rates per verified arrival, fixed fees, bonus tiers or table commission. This ensures you know exactly how earnings are calculated before you approve them.
Managing your campaign
If you have not yet set up a campaign, the Growth screen provides a Campaign setup panel. Here you can define your compensation plan and invite promoters from the Crowdstack network.
Once your event is over, the screen changes to guide you through Campaign closeout. This is where you review verified arrivals, resolve any exceptions and approve the final figures for payment.
Marketing options
If your event is published or live, you may also see marketing options such as featuring your event on the Discover page. These appear as cards within the Growth overview, allowing you to boost visibility alongside your promoter activity.
