Your public presence
Your public profile is how organisers discover you and how guests recognise your events. It is separate from your private supplier details used for agreements and payouts.
You control exactly what appears on your public page. You can share your name, bio and images while keeping your legal and banking information private.
Edit your profile details
- Open the app and go to Promoter mode.
- Tap Me in the bottom navigation, then select Profile.
- In the Supplier profile section, enter your public display name.
- Select your country of residence, tax residence and the country where you provide services.
- Confirm that you are permitted to provide promotion services in the selected country.
- Tap Submit profile.
Material changes to these details may return your profile to Crowdstack for review.
Add your bio and social links
Once your basic details are saved, you can expand your public presence.
- On your Profile page, locate the public details section.
- Enter a short bio (up to 600 characters) and a tagline.
- Add your home city and up to 12 specialties.
- Link your Instagram, TikTok or website if you wish.
- Choose whether to make your profile visible to the public and opt in to leaderboards.
These fields help organisers understand your style and audience before inviting you to a campaign.
Upload profile images
A clear photo helps organisers recognise you at events and builds trust with guests.
- On your Profile page, locate the Profile photo or Cover image section.
- Tap Upload and select a JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF file from your device.
- Profile photos should be square and up to 4 MB.
- Cover images should be wide and up to 8 MB.
- Wait for the upload to complete.
You must save your profile details before uploading images. You can replace these images at any time.
Complete paid campaign access
To accept paid campaigns and receive earnings, you must complete the private supplier setup below your public details.
- Scroll to the Paid campaign access section on your Profile page.
- If your status shows Complete supplier setup, expand the section.
- Review your supplier details and accept the promoter supplier agreement.
- Once accepted, configure your payout preferences to receive payments.
Guests and other promoters cannot see your residence country, tax details or payout information.
Share your public page
Once your profile is complete, you can share the link in messages or social bios.
- Go to your Profile page.
- Tap the Share button.
- Copy the link or send it directly to an organiser using your device's share sheet.
Your public page shows your name, images and verified event history. It never displays your financial or legal data.
