How do I find events to promote?

Finding events to promote

As an independent promotion supplier on Crowdstack, you do not search a public marketplace for work. Organisers invite you directly to specific campaigns based on existing relationships or recommendations.

Your Events dashboard is the central place to see all opportunities assigned to you.

Check your invitations

When an organiser invites you to a campaign, the event appears in your Invitations section. You must review the terms and accept the invitation before you can start promoting.

  1. Go to Events in your bottom navigation.
  2. Look for the Needs your answer section at the top of the page.
  3. Tap an event to see the venue, date and compensation plan.
  4. Review the default arrival rates, category bonuses, fixed fees and payment caps.
  5. Tap Accept to join the campaign.

Once accepted, the event moves to your active list and your unique attribution link becomes available.

Note: If your supplier profile is under review, requires changes or is currently unavailable, you will see a prompt to update your details or view your setup status before you can accept paid campaign terms.

View your active campaigns

After accepting an invitation, the event appears in your Active events list. This view shows:

  • Events you are currently promoting.
  • The number of guests who have registered through your link.
  • Verified arrivals checked in at the door.
  • Your estimated earnings based on current performance.
  • Progress towards any bonus milestones.

You can tap any event to share your link, view your guest list or check detailed campaign terms.

What if I see no events?

If your Events page is empty or shows no invitations:

  • Wait for an invite: Organisers select promoters they know or trust. There is no open application form to browse available gigs.
  • Check your profile: Ensure your promoter profile is complete, verified and set to available so organisers can contact you.
  • Contact the organiser: If you expect an invitation from a specific brand, ask the organiser to send it via their workspace.

Crowdstack connects you to work through direct relationships rather than a public job board. Focus on maintaining strong performance on accepted campaigns to encourage repeat invitations.
