Overview
Crowdstack is free to publish events and paid to operate commercially. Guest, promoter and personal accounts are always free. Organiser billing attaches to your workspace, not to an individual person.
You can create and publish unlimited events on any plan. Product abuse is handled through verification and moderation, not by capping the number of events or guests you can have.
All customer billing is in USD. Annual billing options are available where configured.

Billing and Subscription Rules
- Publishing is never blocked: You can always publish events even if your subscription is missing, cancelled, paused or past due.
- Downgrading: When paid access ends, the workspace falls back to the Free plan. Existing records are retained and remain readable where safe, but paid mutations are disabled.
- Server enforcement: Paid feature checks are enforced by the server. Hiding a control in the interface is not the security boundary.
- Trial and Grace periods: Core features are available to active, trial, comped, grace-period and paid-until-period-end subscriptions.
- Pro inclusion: The Pro plan includes every feature found in the Core plan.
Transaction Revenue and Fees
Organiser subscriptions and managed-money fees are separate products.
- Crowdstack's standard managed-payout fee is 7.5% of the approved promoter supplier amount.
- This fee is not calculated against a guest's table spend.
- Processor, foreign-exchange and payout-provider costs are separately defined and auditable.
- Ticketing pricing is deferred until paid ticketing is activated. Free events remain free to publish and attend.
